Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any guest under 18 years of age. We hold the right to request a form of identification, such as a passport, as proof of age and identity. Please make sure that all guests are carrying any sort of identification.
Please attend the experience sober. The beer bike moves through the city traffic, surrounded by cars and pedestrians. In case of serious intoxication, we have the right to end your ride short due to safety reasons.
You are requested to not jump off the bike, pollute or behave indecently in public. If you repeatedly disobey our team’s instructions, we have the right to end the ride immediately at our own discretion, without a refund.

Please bring your own alcohol.  Cups will be provided together with an ice-cooling box.

Please remember that we hold the right to terminate the ride in case of intoxication, so we kindly ask you to behave in order to enjoy yourselves and avoid unpleasant surprises. We kindly ask to avoid bottles as much as possible, or hard liquors as well!

Please be aware that we shall keep the time slot of preference for a week-7 days. During this period, it is required to cover a 150-pound deposit. We kindly remind you that in case the amount due is not covered 48 hours prior to the event, the deposit shall be lost.

After the receipt of final payment, the booking goes ahead, since a team member and a time slot have been allocated. This is why refund isn’t applicable on this occasion and the ride will be considered ” no-show”.

We accept only bank transfers.

International payments need to be completed fully after booking your time slot.

Please note that we accept changes in the booking details up to 28 days prior to the booking. We always aim to accommodate requests, yet in order to effectively plan all our bookings, we need to know the amount of bikes you will request and the amount of guests attending. Feel free to let us know if something changes, yet we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate these requests after the cut-off date.

Please be aware that the price above is applicable for the amount of guests you have booked the bike for. We hold the right to charge you extra in case more guests shall attend, or deny participation to additional guests all together. With this in mind, we have the right to increase the price by 40 pounds per extra guest attending.

Any delay associated with exceeding the maximum number of guests attending shall be calculated against the time on the bike, so be aware that you are not liable for refund in case of denying participation on this occasion.

We are not liable to receive individual payments, so please provide us with the amount due in one full payment for the whole group.

The price is 400 GBP for up to 10 guests, including our sober driver. For any guest exceeding the 10 guests’ mark, we hold the right to charge you on the basis of 40 pounds per extra guest.

Please find the itinerary details on “how it works” screen. Your booking lasts roughly 60 mins, yet this is an estimate. If you want, a different duration, or route, please let us know, yet additional charges may apply. For more details, please visit our online booking system.

Beer bikes can be influenced by guests’ fitness levels,traffic, or in worst case scenario, guests’ cooperation. With this in mind, even if we try to be on time, we hold the right to postpone your ride for few mins, yet be aware that you will have the whole hour you have booked for. We may also need to change the starting point, so please follow our team’s instruction on this occasion, they try hard to make your experience worthwhile!

We shall do our best to accommodate your request, yet we are not liable to provide you with toilet space. This is why it is advisable to use the toilet before arriving on spot.

Beer bike is an outdoor activity, so it is subject to weather conditions. We sadly cannot control the weather, so this is why we advise you to wear a waterproof jacket. Our bike is covered by a roof but not fully enclosed.

Rides shall proceed as normal, regardless of weather conditions, so refunds subject to weather conditions aren’t applicable. You may be able to postpone your ride, given that you inform us in writing 24 hours prior to your ride. You are eligible to rebook your new date within 3 months prior to your booking date.

In case you want to create a bespoke tour, we can deliver this request. However, please  be aware that the lack of engine makes the logistics of delivering this request slightly more complicated than you may think.
In order to take the bike to the starting point of choice, we need to outsource this service to a third party. After the completion of the ride, the bike should return from the finishing point back to the base .
All relevant costs need to be covered from your end on top of the cost of the experience, along with 100 pounds to assess and create the new route.

We use Bluetooth speakers, so you are in charge of your own music. Make sure you have your phone charged and a smartphone with Bluetooth connectivity! Then, choose your favourite tunes.

Please arrive on time at the starting point. The time you booked is fully yours. There is no problem if you arrive a few minutes late, however, lateness shall be accounted against your time on the bike. The same applies to delays associated with payment.

Our beer bikes are made of lightweight material, yet we recommend at least 6-8 participants

Please be aware that we cannot accommodate storing, or handling your stock prior to, or during your experience.

You are in control of your experience, so let us know what you have in mind and we shall do our best to accommodate your request!

We happily work with all groups to ensure satisfactory resolution and we go the extra mile to ensure you will have a great time. However, sometimes plans get cancelled.

We are offering full refund in case you cancel your booking within 28 days. In case you decide to cancel after the exhaustion of the grace period, the deposit will be lost. However, we wish you to have the chance to enjoy the experience and not lose the deposit, so feel free to email us and reschedule your experience.
The window to rebook your experience is 6 months and it is subject to availability and existing bookings. Where we are unable to assist with making a requested change, and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, we will treat this as a cancellation by your end . Since we incur costs in cancelling or changing your arrangements, all such changes and cancellations will be subject to the charges set out below.
In case you wish to reschedule, you need to place another deposit, which will be accounted along your initial deposit on the final balance.
In case you cancel within 28 days after rescheduling, the rescheduling deposit shall be refunded in full. If less than 28 days, you lose the initial and rescheduling deposit.
